新客户登记表

1. All new customers are supplied on a COD basis unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company.
除非本公司书面批准，所有新客户均采用货到付款方式。

2. Payment must be made in full upon delivery or prior to dispatch of goods.
所有货款须于送货时或发货前全额支付。

3. Any claims relating to damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. New customers must inspect and verify all goods upon delivery and sign for receipt in person. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
新客户于收货时必须当面点清货品并签收确认。如发现任何货品数量、质量或其他问题，必须于收货后48小时内提出，以便本公司及时处理。

4. Minimum delivery order is $2,000. Please note that delivery services may not be available in certain areas even if the minimum order requirement is met. All delivery arrangements are subject to review and approval by the warehouse supervisor. The customer will be advised by the sales representative once confirmation has been obtained.
送货最低订单金额为 $2,000。请注意，部分地区即使达到最低订单要求，亦未必提供送货服务。所有送货安排均须经仓库主管审核及批准，确认后将由销售人员通知客户相关结果。

5. By signing this form, the customer agrees to the Company's Terms & Conditions.
签署本表格即表示客户同意本公司的所有条款与条件。
